The White Rabbit

The White Rabbit is a hidden speakeasy located in the Heritage Court building in downtown Gilbert, Arizona. It is described as Gilbert's original underground speakeasy, offering craft cocktails and vintage vibes. The entrance to the speakeasy is secret and located below Heritage Court.

To gain entry, visitors must obtain the monthly password, which is sent free to the establishment's VIP list. Reservations can be made through OpenTable for up to 10 guests, and the speakeasy is open to individuals 21 and over.

The White Rabbit offers a range of small plates designed to pair with its cocktails, including starters such as Bavarian pretzels with beer cheese and hummus with warm pita. The menu also features flatbreads, with a gluten-free crust available, as well as desserts.

In addition to its food and drink offerings, The White Rabbit also has a shop where visitors can purchase limited private label and special edition bottles, including Signature Barrels handpicked by the staff. These bottles are available for purchase during business hours, with a limit of one per transaction, and are not for on-premise consumption.
